Located on the lower Hirafu bluff at the end of a quiet road, here is a chance to embrace a serene Hokkaido getaway ... yet still enjoy the conveniences of walking to restaurants and the village shuttle bus. There are clear views to Mt. Yotei from the living room. Lifts are accessible via the FREE village shuttle bus.
Fully renovated in 2015, the top floor features an open plan living/dining/kitchen under vaulted ceilings. A white oil stain on the North American Douglas Fir post and beams gives the space a more contemporary feel. The custom kitchen, dining buffet table, and sofa are all custom designed into their own nooks, and highlighted with recessed lighting. The dining table was also custom, using the naturally whitish Hokkaido Sen wood. Guests will enjoy the central fireplace, large flat-screen TV with satellite, sound dock, WiFi, laundry and drying room.
The second floor is home to two generous bedrooms, both with ensuites. The third bedroom is a bunk room, perfect for the kids, and also has a designated TV area. The large decks are a great place for a cup of hot chocolate after a day on the mountain.
Best of all, the house comes with it’s own 9-seater Toyota High Ace van. Perfect for getting around Niseko if you don’t want to the village shuttle bus and a chance to explore other nearby resorts.
Set at the end of Lower Hirafu, providing a much quieter environment. The closest village shuttle stop is 250 metres away, about a 3 minute walk and the closest lifts are a 950 metres uphill walk.
All bedrooms feature western bedding with a king bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the lower floor bedroom. All bedrooms feature an ensuites.
