The first floor is divided into two en-suite bedrooms on the left, while the right side features a spacious, open-plan living area flooded with natural light and furnished with modern, luxurious décor. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, ample bench space, an island bench, and is complemented by a large dining setting for 10 people. In the lounge area, a generous 10-person U-shaped sofa surrounds a 60-inch wall-mounted smart 4K TV.
