Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Hotel (formerly Mountain Hotel) is one of two Hotels that service the resort and have recently undergone a upgrade and managed by Sheraton Hotels. Providing true 'ski-in/ski-out' accommodation of various rooms sizes. The Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Hotel is connected to the Kiroro Tribute Hotel providing ease of access to all the resort's facilities.
Guests can enjoy an array of facilities including the convenience of the information counter, ski & snowboard rental station, lift ticket counter, patrol room/first aid room, locker rooms and the ski school. The hotel also offers a shop, kids room plus cafes and lounges. At the end of a big day on the ski hill guests can make the most of the indoor and outdoor onsen bath.
The resort comprises of 140 Japanese-style guest rooms and suites that are renowned by upscale amenities and refined service. Rooms feature air-conditioning, housekeeping service, free newspaper, radio/alarm clock, humidifier, in-room safe, kimono, hairdryer, slippers, small fridge, tea and coffee facilities, 32-inch flat screen TV and a DVD player.
During the winter season, a number of unique restaurants operate in the Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort and the Kiroro Tribute Hotel. World Buffet, Rivierouge is the resort's main restaurant, the dishes lining the buffet tables are cooked in open kitchens allowing you to see them while enjoying views of the slopes illuminated for night skiing.
