The Kiroro, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel (formally The Piano) is the principal Hotel of the two resort Hotels. Located just 500 meters down the road from the Sheraton Kiroro and connected by FREE shuttle for all Hotel guests. There are a variety of rooms available all with ensuite facilities. There are a number of restaurants on premises, bars and a superb Onsen.
In addition to its convenient ski-in, ski-out access, the resort offers a hot spring, a children’s play room, a market, spa, fitness centre, laundromat, indoor activity centre, indoor pool, karaoke room, Kiroro shop and free WiFi to guests in public areas.
The resort comprises 282 guest rooms and suites that are renowned by upscale amenities and refined service. Room features include signature beds, ensuites, air-conditioning, housekeeping service, free newspaper, radio/alarm clock, humidifier, in-room safe, kimono, hairdryer, slippers, small fridge, tea and coffee facilities, 32-inch flat screen TV and a DVD player. Adjoining rooms can be requested for families.
Adjacent to a ski area, approximately 500 metres down the road from the mountain. Guests can access the mountain area via the Combination Lift, a gondola/hooded chair lift or a guest shuttle bus.
There are seven dining options. Shunsai offers premium Japanese cuisine. Great Room serves western cuisine and Alla Mode delivers authentic Italian cuisine. Fuga is another traditional Japanese restaurant and Pop is an international café and restaurant. Yanshu offers a BBQ restaurant with set menu or a la carte. Sustain is the in-house bar specialising in cocktails.
